I placed an order on the site, what stage is my order at?

You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. When the order is shipped, you will be sent an email with the courier tracking. Some mail servers may place the email in the spam box (which can be located on the Computer or on the Server). In this case it is suggested to put our domain in the whitelist box of the anti-spam system.

Where do the orders come from?

All orders depart from Rome (Italy). There are no taxes or duties to pay and they arrive within 24/48 hours of placing the order (Delivery Times). The site indicates availability in real time. The only surprise when ordering on Robot Italy will be the speed of delivery.


I registered but I haven't received the confirmation email.

In all cases in which you do not receive emails from the site, it is very likely that these emails are in the Spam box. This box can be on your computer or on the mail server, or there can be both. Normally it is possible to specify a list of sites, the so-called whitelist, from which the receipt of emails is "authorized". These are no longer captured by the Spam filter. One of the most severe providers is gmail.com/it

You haven't sent me the invoice, can you send me a copy via email?

The electronic invoice is sent via the appropriate service to the certified email address or to the SDI code indicated in the registry.
