Delivery time
The delivery time is determined by four fundamental factors:
- Availability of the material
- Payment methods
- Order entry time
- Express courier
Availability of the material
The availability of the material is indicated on the site in real time and is very reliable.
Some products are available in external warehouses or from manufacturers/suppliers, therefore it is not physically available in our warehouse. For these situations, estimated delivery times are indicated, based on our statistics. They are quite reliable but, depending on external factors, they are not certain times and may vary, although our commitment is to ship each order as quickly as possible. .
Payment methods
There are various payment methods, for some the payment is immediately verifiable, for some (bank transfer) it takes a few days. Simply use this simple scheme to evaluate which payment to choose based on the requested delivery time:

Order entry time
In most cases we are able to ship Orders, with eligible payment, placed at 1pm, the same day. However, this is not a rule, we cannot guarantee it. However, we feel able to guarantee shipping for orders placed before 12:00, why?
Although our procedures allow us to process an order very quickly, whilst still guaranteeing an excellent quality service, we ourselves depend on external factors, which are essential for completing the delivery procedure. Sometimes it may happen that you are left without electricity, or without an ADSL line, or there may be a peak in orders; in these and other cases, unfortunately we cannot meet our commitment or in any case not in the way we want. Fortunately, these are sporadic cases but in most cases they allow us to ship.
Express courier
This is the figure who completes the complicated order delivery procedure. Corriere Espresso is an organization that manages, on a daily basis, hundreds of thousands of deliveries in Italy and/or around the world, with efficiency and precision. A package sent from Rome at 6.00 pm will be delivered to Milan the following day. This procedure is very complex and everything must work with Swiss precision otherwise chaos occurs.
The Express Courier guarantees delivery in 24/48 hours, double on the islands and in some locations on the Peninsula. Well we can guarantee that these numbers are respected at least in 999 cases out of 1000 - Unfortunately sometimes there are problems, it happens to all couriers, it happens in the world of work; it's normal.
