Incorrect use of these devices can easily render the product unusable.
If something doesn't work, we recommend that you calmly recheck the wiring diagram, power supply, connections, specifications and product datasheet. Check for any updates on our website and on the manufacturer's website (sometimes we don't have time to update the documentation in real time).

- the product code and name
- the way it was connected
- the problem encountered and the actions taken to resolve the problem
- other useful information to illustrate the connections and the malfunction (photos, diagrams, drawings, etc)
Without this information it is impossible to help you . Sometimes incomplete requests are not even taken into consideration.

You can use the Contact Us section to send an email, clearly specify your email address and order number, any references to the products must necessarily include the Product Code shown on the order.
