This replacement gearmotor for the Romi/TI-RSLK MAX has an encoder already installed. The assembly is ready to plug into corresponding headers on our various Romi electronics modules, including the Romi 32U4 control board and the Romi Motor Driver and Power Distribution Board . Two of these are included with the Pololu Chassis Kit for TI-RSLK MAX .
Overview
This product consists of an item #1520 plastic gearmotor , which is the same gearmotor included with the Romi Chassis Kits , with a Romi encoder already installed.

The encoder has 0.1″-pitch (2.54 mm) male headers already soldered that allow it to plug into corresponding female headers on our various Romi electronics modules, including the Romi 32U4 control board and the Romi Motor Driver and Power Distribution Board .
